Wrentham’s Hall Turns 100

Wrentham’s Hall Turns 100, The Wrentham Times, 10/22/2013
“While Barbara Hall, or ‘Mother Hall’ to family and friends, may no longer make her famous brownies or ride her John Deere tractor, she still lives life to its fullest, taking a daily walk or tending to the flowers surrounding Pond Home. ‘I’ve been blessed with wonderful family and more or less good health,’ she said. ‘I’ve lived a simple life. . .’ Hall received citations from the Massachusetts State Senate and Wrentham Board of Selectmen. Family friend and State Senator Richard Ross was on hand to congratulate “Mother Hall” for her 100 years and Selectman Gail Pratt represented the town in honoring the long-time resident.”
