Senator Ross Has Perfect Attendance Record in Senate

September 12, 2014

Boston – Senator Richard Ross was recently recognized by Beacon Hill Roll Call for his 100% attendance record in the Massachusetts Senate in 2014. This marks the third year in a row Senator Ross has received a perfect attendance record.

“It is my distinct honor and privilege to serve the people of the Norfolk, Bristol and Middlesex District, and I take my responsibilities very seriously” said Senator Ross.

Previous to serving in the Senate, Ross was a member of the House of Representatives for three terms. During that time, he never missed a vote, earning perfect attendance five years in a row.

“I pride myself on my dedication to my constituents, who desire real meaningful action from their legislature on a daily basis. I can assure them that I will continue to show up for each and every vote and perform the duty I was elected to do,” said Senator Ross.

In 2011 Senator Ross missed one roll call vote, due to emergency surgery to repair torn muscles in his left leg.
