“A day after protestors shut down a major highway into Boston, a local legislator is proposing tougher punishment for those who use a state highway to voice their concerns. State Sen. Richard Ross, R-Wrentham, has proposed a bill that would punish anyone who willfully trespasses on a state highway without just cause with a fine of not less than $5,000 or imprisonment for not more than six months.”
