Boston – For the past six months, Senator Richard J. Ross was pleased to have Natick resident Matt Lebowitz intern in his State House office.
Matt Lebowitz grew up in Natick playing sports with the Natick travel soccer, basketball, and baseball teams. He graduated from Brimmer and May High School and currently attends Northeastern University. Matt is expected to graduate next May with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration, hoping to pursue a career in either the fields of business or economics.
“Matt is a very bright individual who always had a keen interest in the daily operations of state government and pertinent legislation,” said Senator Ross. “He was an invaluable asset to the office and his hometown should be very proud of what he has accomplished.”
Throughout the year, Senator Richard J. Ross hosts interns in his State House office from across the Norfolk, Bristol, and Middlesex District. The internship program allows for college students to gain experience working for the General Court and acquire a better understanding of matters impacting their towns and the Commonwealth as a whole.
